Greater Cleveland Council of Teachers of Mathematics
The GCCTM Outstanding Educator Awards Banquet
will be held in May 2024
will be held in May 2024
Please nominate a fellow educator you would like to honor!
We want to make sure that every deserving educator is considered, and are hoping that you can help us identify worthy nominees before we choose this year's awardees.
Awards categories include classroom teachers in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12; and also other educators such as coaches, intervention specialists, and administrators.
To nominate someone, several short identification and categorization questions must be answered, and then a few short narrative reasons for the nomination.
Nominees complete a similar set of questions that address things like favorite or most effective math activity, professional development, and accomplishments that have brought satisfaction and pride, including those of students.
A complete set of instructions describe the online application here, and everything about it. The application is much shorter than the instructions; and the two are cross-linked.
Questions about the nomination form should be directed to Margot Calcut at calcutm@lakeridgeacademy.org — nominations must be received by Monday, March 25.
In addition to any nominations you make, please ask others you might know who might wish to nominate someone and and direct them here; or send their name/email to peter.petto@gmail.com and they will be contacted directly..
Please help us provide recognition to one of your deserving colleagues.
